Samples
Sample fees and courier charges are normally non-refundable once preparation or dispatch has begun. If an agreed sample cannot be supplied, the applicable remedy will be confirmed directly with the customer.
Customized Development
Costs already incurred for pattern work, materials, labels, packaging or other customization may not be refundable after approval or production begins.
Bulk Production Claims
Report an alleged manufacturing issue within the period stated in the project documents and provide order references, affected quantities, clear photos and any requested samples. We will inspect the evidence and agree an appropriate corrective action where responsibility is confirmed.
Transit Damage
Visible carton damage should be documented with the carrier at delivery. Responsibility and claim handling depend on the agreed shipping terms.
