Shipping Quotations
Freight is quoted after product quantity, carton volume, destination and delivery terms are known. Any estimated transit time excludes customs clearance and circumstances outside the carrier’s control.
Customs, Duties & Documents
The importer is responsible for local import requirements, taxes and duties unless the written quotation states otherwise. Commercial invoices, packing lists and other agreed documents are prepared for the shipment.
Inspection & Receipt
Please inspect cartons promptly on arrival and document visible damage before accepting or opening a carrier claim. Product-related issues should be reported with photos, quantities and order references.
