From Inquiry to Delivery

Our wholesale process keeps product selection, customization and production clear at every stage.

1. Share your requirements. Send target styles, market, quantities, size range and desired launch timing.
2. Confirm products and quotation. We recommend suitable styles, materials, MOQ and production options, then provide a written quotation.
3. Approve samples. Review fit, color, trims, labels and packaging before confirming bulk production.
4. Production and delivery. We complete quality checks and coordinate the agreed shipping method and documents.

OEM / ODM

Develop a new style from your reference, technical pack or concept, or adapt an existing hanyuefushi design for your market.

Private Label

Add your own brand labels, care labels, hangtags and approved product presentation to eligible styles.

Custom Packaging

Packaging options can include branded bags, boxes, inserts and barcode labels. Availability and minimums are confirmed with each project.

Samples & MOQ

1. In-stock styles: The minimum wholesale order quantity is 10 pieces. 2. OEM custom styles: The minimum order quantity depends on the product design, materials, level of customization and order quantity. Please contact our team for specific terms.
